Carson attended the University of Alabama on a five year full academic scholarship. There he received his bachelor’s in computer science with a double major in philosophy as well as a master’s of business administration. While a student at Grapevine High School he achieved an 800 on both the math and reading portions of the SAT, a 35 on the ACT, and was a National Merit Scholar Finalist. He also took thirteen AP tests, scoring a 5 on twelve of them, earning 47 hours of college credit in the process.
